The MI Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service supports GP contract reform under The NHS Long Term Plan (January 2019), investing in Primary Care Networks (PCNs). Data is collected via the General Practice Extraction Service (GPES) and published monthly at GP practice level. The eighth year began in April 2026.
