Central DCB0129 register — A shared list of digital systems used in general practice and the safety documents each supplier publishes. Pick your system when adding it and the details fill themselves in, then copy the supplier's documents straight into your record. Copies arrive marked Received, not reviewed — holding a supplier's safety case is not the same as having read it against how you actually use the system. Where the register lists a newer version than the one you took, your record will say so. Open the register. 9 Aug 2026

Clinical Safety Register — DCB0160 for deployed systems — If your practice has put an AI scribe, an online consultation platform or a recall tool into use, DCB0160 applies to you — and your supplier's DCB0129 paperwork does not cover it. Their safety case describes the product; yours has to describe your deployment. The new register keeps one safety record per system: the supplier evidence and your review of it, your own hazard log scored on the NHS 5x5 matrix before and after controls, the safety case documents, the deployment decision, incidents after go-live, and a scheduled review that asks whether you would still approve it. It records your clinical safety work — it does not perform it. Generated documents come out as editable Word drafts for your Clinical Safety Officer to review and sign off, and the tool will tell you plainly when a record is complete but the deployment still is not safe to approve. See how it works. 9 Aug 2026
